Regulated to Riches

1.  Overview of Empower Collective Pty Ltd.
   • Empower Collective Pty Ltd is an online business designed to provide group/individual coaching to women who want to improve their relationship with themselves.
   • Due to the coaching nature of this program, it is recommended that people with current mental health diagnoses that are being treated by a psychologist/psychiatrist do not enter the program without first consulting their treating practitioners. People receiving treatment for those diagnoses may not find this coaching program suitable or helpful, as it is not designed to be therapy or a replacement for therapy.
   • This coaching program was designed to utilise high quality, evidence-based coaching to women by integrating psychology backed tools like Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapies (CBT), Schema and other techniques.

2.  Structure of Regulated to Riches
   • The Regulated to Riches is a 28 day audio program.
   • The audio program will be released immediately upon purchase.
3.  Participation in Regulated to Riches
   • Empower Collective Pty Ltd is operated by Eloise Tomkins. Eloise Tomkins is a registered
   • While Eloise Tomkins is a registered psychologist, Regulated to Riches is not a psychology It is not a substitute for therapy, and participants must ensure that they continue to consult and engage with their treating practitioners to manage their own health.

• By consenting to participate in Regulated to Riches, you acknowledge that you are participating in a self-guided coaching program and are not receiving psychological services from Eloise Tomkins.
• To avoid any potential conflicts of interest arising, current psychology clients of Eloise Tomkins cannot be accepted as participants in Regulated to Riches.
• Similarly, participants in any coaching programs cannot be accepted as psychology clients of Eloise Tomkins within a minimum of 6 months of completion of Regulated to Riches.
• Any requests for cross-referral or registration between former psychology clients of Eloise Tomkins and this Empower Collective Pty Ltd will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and will only be accepted at Eloise Tomkins’ discretion, depending on the individual circumstances.
• Eloise Tomkins may at any time and in their sole discretion, terminate a participant’s registration in the Regulated to Riches if Eloise Tomkins reasonably considers it appropriate to do so.
• In the event of termination of a participant’s registration in the Regulated to Riches, a partial refund of the participant’s fees (excluding administration fees) may be provided in Eloise Tomkins’ sole discretion, depending on the reason for termination.

4.  Privacy and Disclosure of Personal Information
   • As part of your participation in the Regulated to Riches, Empower Collective Pty Ltd needs to collect and record information from you.
   • We enclose a copy of our Privacy Policy, which we request you read and acknowledge your understanding of, prior to signing this document.
5.  Technology Requirements
   • The Regulated to Riches program is provided online through a private podcast hosted through Kajabi. You are responsible for the costs associated with setting up the technology needed so you can access audio online content.
   • To access the Regulated to Riches, you will need access to podcast software, as well as access to a good internet connection.
   • If these conditions are not met, the audio program may not be able to be downloaded to your device.
   •  The privacy of any form of communication via the internet is potentially vulnerable and limited by the security of the technology used.
6.  Fees
   • The total cost of the Regulated to Riches is $97 ($AUD) paid in full prior to the commencement program, inclusive of GST.
7.  Cancellation & Refund Policy
   • Due to the digital nature of the Regulated to Riches program, no cancellations or refunds can be provided unless required by law.

8.  Consent to participation in the Regulated to Riches program
   • I confirm that I have read and understood the information in this document about the Regulated to Riches and I acknowledge the following:
     • Empower Collective Pty Ltd is a coaching service. Although Eloise Tomkins is a registered psychologist, this is a coaching service, not a psychological service. I will not be receiving psychological services, treatment, advice or therapy in the course of my participating in the Regulated to Riches;
     • I am not an existing client of Eloise Tomkins and I have not previously accessed psychological services provided by Eloise Tomkins within the last six (6) months;
     • As a result of my participation in the Regulated to Riches, I am precluded from accessing psychological services provided by Eloise Tomkins for a minimum period of 6 months from the completion of this coaching service;

I acknowledge that I am engaging in the Regulated to Riches at my own risk, and that I fully release Eloise Tomkins and Empower Collective Pty Ltd, including its staff, officers and contractors, from any liability to the extent permitted by law;
